Like any supplement, hydration, good nutrition and sleep are core habits to practice along with a solid skin care routine. I replaced my alpha arbutin serum by the ordinary with this cream morning and night and my dark spots are slowly fading, but my face is smoother and brighter. I will continue to order.

Not sure if to is is what's helping me with melasma but I've gotten good results so far. I have a regiment in the morning with peptides, vitamin C, glutathione, followed by this cream then by Alastin SPF 36. At night I use hydroquinone and moisturizer. So far I have had a reduction of melasma by about 50% so I will continue to buy this cream and since I'm going to need to take a break from the hydroquinone I'm going to use this one twice a day and see how it goes. Will update in a few months.
