RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Return Eligibility
• Timeframe: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
• Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for a refund and will be discarded upon receipt.
2. How to Initiate a Return

• Include Your Order Number: Clearly indicate your order number inside or outside the return package. Returns without an order number cannot be processed.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use any courier service of your choice.
• Return Deadline: Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 5 days. Returns sent beyond this period may not qualify for a refund.
3. Damages & Issues
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@miraebeautyhub.com with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• Allergy Concerns: For ingredient inquiries or allergy concerns, review product details on our website or reach out to our team for assistance prior to purchase.
4. Address & Delivery Issues
• Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
• Customs & VAT Fees: For international orders, if an order is returned due to unpaid customs or VAT fees, the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance and discounted items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products
6. Refund Process
• Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund if it meets our return policy criteria.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once processed.
• Processing Time: Please allow several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
