Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
High-Demand Periods: During peak times such as sales events and holidays, processing times may be extended due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
Cash On Delivery: COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Unconfirmed or repeated non-responsive orders may be cancelled.

Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees could apply for re-dispatch.
