DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing

2. Delivery Within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Dubai Deliveries:

o Free Delivery: For orders above AED 225.

o Delivery Fee: AED 15 for orders below AED 225.

• Sharjah (City Limits):

o Delivery Fee: AED 25.

• Sharjah (Beyond City Limits):

o Delivery Fee: AED 50 (Minimum Order Value AED 350).

• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah):

o Delivery Fee: AED 50.

o Minimum Order Value: AED 350.

3. Delivery to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries

• Shipping Fees: Delivery fees to GCC countries are calculated based on the weight of the package and will be displayed at checkout or our team will inform you accordingly.

• Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and other applicable charges upon importation into their respective countries.

4. General Delivery Information

• Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.

• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to monitor your shipment's progress.

• Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees could apply for re-dispatch.
