Seems like it is having an affect

Other reviews have mentioned an unpleasant aftertaste. I don't find that to be the case. It just tastes sweet. I don't mix it with water, I just put it straight into my mouth. My fingernails are so strong now. They don't break easily and look really nice. I actually have to file them down so they don't get too long. This product is probably having other effects, but none as tangible as the effect on my nails.

I recommend BB Lab because it has Low-molecular collagen for potentially better absorption, The product uses low-molecular-weight marine/fish collagen which I believe to be more readily absorbed than heavier collagen molecules.
Second it helps improve skin health because it improvements in skin hydration, elasticity, and wrinkle reduction over several weeks to months.
Forth The Additional ingredients beyond collagen is that the formula includes Vitamin C (which supports collagen synthesis), glycine, and in some versions hyaluronic-acid or other additives; these may, in theory, support skin hydration and overall skin-supportive nutrition.
